  • Do You Store My Twitter Login Details?

    No, we do not store any Twitter username and password. Clickedd.com makes use of Twitter's OAuth API which enables us to link to your account without storing any of your login details. As a result, your account remains secure and you can unlink our application whenever you wish.

    Why Do I need to Grant Access On Twitter?

    Since we do not store your Twitter username and password, Twitter has created an OAuth API that enables a user to grant an application access to their Twitter account without sharing their password. When logging in, you will be presented with a question from Twitter confirming that you want to add the Clickedd.com Twitter Application to your account. Answering yes will enable us to post tweets from your RSS.

    Can I use Clickedd.com Without a Twitter Account?

    No, you can not use Clickedd.com without a Twitter account. Our services is dedicated to Twitter users who are looking to automate their RSS to auto tweet posts.

    How Many RSS Feeds Can I Add To My Account?

    We are currently limiting the number of RSS feeds for each Twitter account to 3. We may offer a premium service in the future with additional features and increased limits.

    How Many Links Can I Post Per Day?

    Each RSS feed is allowed to post up to 3 links per hour. Over a 24 hour period, each account can post a maximum of 72 links. We may offer a premium service in the future with additional features and increased limits.

    How Do I Customize My Tweet Message?

    To the right of each RSS feed you add, there is an OPTIONS link. This feature will enable you to customize how our service interacts with your RSS and Twitter. You can select the frequency that we will post tweets, as well as the format of the Tweet itself. You can customize the message by incorporating your own text along with a {title} for title, {description} for description, and {url} for the link. We will auto prune your message to meet Twitter's 140 character limit as needed.

    Is Reporting in Real Time?

    Yes, reporting is currently in real time with a few seconds delay.
